1.you will get shuttle facility which is really Gr8 ..this is for all members 2.You will get chance to jump for next position but it’s very tough.

No salary hike No promotions No life balance Temporary income source 6 days working And if u did not achieve target then you have to work more than 9 hrs

Axis bank management for on roll employees are great, but for people like me who are third party pay roll have terrible growth aur I can say no scope within institute. For a relationship officer no road map , aur I can say not defined structure for growth and carrier is present after working 2 yrs , not defined increment in annual CTC , how much we can get by doing how much percentage . It's like ''jo mil gya wo thik ,nhi mila to next time'' ,

Axis Bank is not at all a company to work under third party pay roll, there behavior is very biased they are I'll behaved people even they give importance to there security guard more than the employees under 3rd party pay roll and who is generating business for them. Working there is more of studying in a primary school where you will be punished if you don't generate business for the day same as you don't do homework before going to school. The Unit manager Mr. Biman Biswas is weird person. As third party payroll people have no incentive however you will able to earn incentive if you meet the target of all the 13 products we deal with or else it's zero incentive or the product that you are unable to achieve for them you get minus marking. No growth prospective only mere statements that they give and as Par my experience axis bank employees are big liar not only to us but also there customers. They do not gave a single min of compensation in working hours when the govt passed the order no transport ABSOLUTELY NO FACILITY AT ALL.

There dirty and biased behavior to the 3rd party payroll employees NO FACILITY IN PANDEMICS WORKING HOURS IS MORE THAN 10 HRS IN PANDEMICS WHERE GOVT ASKED COMPANIES TO WORK FROM HOME. I USED TO WALK AT 6 KM TO REACH OFFICE.
