The manager I worked under Took half of my incentives every month my salary was only 11k that time and his salary was 70k then also he takes incentive from his every team members and pressurring unnecessarily Didn't go on leads with us. Senior also ignore all this things

..., uncooperative colleagues , so little appraisal and too much expectations even when you get the lowest salary

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
