No work life balance. Operation staff has more Target then sales team. 23 SA target each. Shortage of staff everything Higher retraction rate.

...sales, operations work is not valued, rude seniors and colleagues too sometimes. Pay is very less than what is shown in CTC.

...Good work environment and culture. Management and teammates are very supportive. Company policies are, appraisals are fair they give good salary hike and employee benefits.

All over is good but being a customer prospectus saving or current account Non- maintainence charges is very high. And once a time deduct your charges there is no policy to refund it.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues.. salary is too low and career growth is slow.They should provide some travel arrangement specially in these times..no reimbursements ,no housing facility.. nothing is given.

...e language, he also becomes violent. He attacks the family over trivial matters. I will not say anything about the salary. Basically your career, mental health and life will all be ruined if you joined Axis Bank. I will explain what changes will occur in your mental health after joining Axis. 1. You will remain absent minded. Aapko bulate rahega lekin aapko sunai nahi dega. 2. All the scenes of the office will keep playing in front of your eyes in a loop and you will keep feeling scared. 3. You will not remember anything. Your confidence will be low. 4. You will start having hallucinations and you will not even know it. 5. Aur inn sabke wajh se aapka relationship bhi kharab ho jayega.. They don't care about your health. Don't even think to join in Axis Bank.
