There is no work life balance. Unpaid labour is there in the name of call of duty. They will make you work on holidays for free, without paying you for that. And if you refuse to do so then it will affect your year end ratings. The salary that you get here would feel less as compared to the hard work and time they demand from you. Yearly increment is negligible. You hardly get 1000-2000 Rs increment, despite of working your *** off. Trainings are given in online mode so the employee has to do all the self study. Classroom trainings are not there. Wfh employees are given no personal time. They make you work for 10-12 hours daily and still make you work on weekends and holidays for free. Company is not employee centric at all. You are treated like a machine Or robot who has no personal life. No extra fun events are conducted besides work. Only once a year cricket match is there. Otherwise all other events are online to save money. I suggest they should hire Sanyasees Or monks... So that such monks will have no personal life and will not require holidays and will happily sit at a place for 10-12 hours. Stop hiring normal humans.

Its an awesome place to work . You will thoroughly enjoy learning and will develop all skills banker need...staff is too cooperative..they will help you in whatever u are stucked with.

Salary wise it needs to improve as compared to other banks. Also mananging personal life woth work becomes a problem especially when you are a lady staff..banks timing should be highly restricted..This is for all private banks.normally we use to leave by 8.45 to 9 at night..it ws rediculous.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor here. People don't take things ownership of things assigned to them. Emails are just official evidences, people don't action on emails. You have to pick up the phone and call everyone to get the work done, otherwise it is completely ignored. Communication with vendor resources is happening on whatsapp. Your personal phone becomes official. They still follow traditional waterfall work model, that too in a very poor manner.

...less salary. WORK LIFE BALANCE ❌.Login on time but logout at approx 10 or 10.30. with no overtime pay.

Good salary package. Supportive teammates huge cafeteria nothing to worry about. One can work their with out any work load. Management are transparent.

This very far from station. Company must provide transportation to their employee
