Because Axis bank give me 1.5 lk salary with incentive but senior employee told me that share your incentive I have get many time incentive in my career but nobody say me share your incentive. Senior say me you don't share your incentive otherwise you lost your job I have many proff show higher otherty but nothing any action against my senior.

Salary/compensation not as per grade and position. So many staff getting less salary with high grade/position. My suggestions is making the fitment criteria and met the salary according to employees grades.
