The senior management team has no idea where the bank is heading . Except for business goals they hardly reach out to employees to understand their issues . Result- huge attrition which will never stop till we address this issue. Only LI focus , banking is gone for a toss . Disrespect on Concalls and sometimes even threats of difficult transfers are common . Seniors BHs are even schooled near their team members .. “not a healthy environment to work”...Read More
