...u have to survive more than 4 year's than management think about your promotion.About salary they deduct total 6-7k 3 month in the name of life and health insurance.your increment will go to insurance company for first 3 month.Than 3 to 4 month you will receive your actual salary than they started deducting tax.Appraisal is such a surprise no one suggest who is going to promote .in my branch girl wo didi nothing and avail all her yearly leave got promoted and in same branch who work whole year generat good business got 3 rating.Bosses will never acknowledge your efforts.In axis bank simple saving account opening is like lauching rocket. Forgot about current account.Saving account lot of charges even bank will not mention in statement but they mention consolidated charges.In current you have to pay 100 rs+gst every month even if you maintain minimum balance.Overall experience is vey bad

No work life balance. Unlimited pressure on tpp products. Huge mental pressure. Worst work culture. Huge partiality within employees. No team work.

Out dated Process of work, no training for new joiners, less salary package as compared to other company, lack of communication before application of new process, no leave encashment

...entally disturbed and getting panic attacks at work. Very in human work culture. They will tell you the salary is 40k in-hand and pay you 28k, when you go back to discuss they simply put up some reason ok deductions that was never informed on the first place.

Dislikes

Do not work here unless you want to be dragged around like an animal . I not only speak for myself but everyone that I know there. Only working in such a toxic environment to make some money for bread. And how they treat you is by throwing bread crumbs on the floor. They are the best manipulaters. Even if you are on death bed, they would want you to report to work.
