I dislike about axis bank is i have promoted as a sales manager and my salary was not increased. I don't know how this is possible. If you give responsibility so you have to give salary as per given responsibility.

A little bit of work life balance, no disturbance on a holiday.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure, poor customer management, products are not in competition, jot a good pay master, you have to pay from your pocket for life and health insurances.
