No work life balance. Unlimited pressure on tpp products. Huge mental pressure. Worst work culture. Huge partiality within employees. No team work.

Grade hike and salary structure hike is good.

Work life balance is totally zero. Branch timing 8:50a.m. to 9:30p.m. or 10:15p.m. There is no fixed time to leave the branch. As an operational team you need to serve the sales parameters like a sales person as well as handling the operations of branch. Totally disappointing culture over there.

...entally disturbed and getting panic attacks at work. Very in human work culture. They will tell you the salary is 40k in-hand and pay you 28k, when you go back to discuss they simply put up some reason ok deductions that was never informed on the first place.

Dislikes

Do not work here unless you want to be dragged around like an animal . I not only speak for myself but everyone that I know there. Only working in such a toxic environment to make some money for bread. And how they treat you is by throwing bread crumbs on the floor. They are the best manipulaters. Even if you are on death bed, they would want you to report to work.
