Overtime working and even working on holidays and festivals and no pay provided for OT There is lot of politics and the growth takes much time even if u work hard

Most important enviroment, culture, salary always holding...when anybody gives any negative character shows they always hold the salary to punish that person...

No work life balance. Unlimited pressure on tpp products. Huge mental pressure. Worst work culture. Huge partiality within employees. No team work.

...s based on Bengaluru location takes the fee on 2.8 lakh.... And give the loan... After paying the fee that person automatically sticked on the bank... Then a arts torture... Account...life insurance... Health insurance.... Axis direct ( d mat account)... Loans... Mutual funds... Pention schemes... Fixed deposits.... Total sales.... And 11.30hrs working timings.... Every day every hr .. every mn... every sec pressure pressure..... In case wants do the resign.... But you pay the 2.8 lakh fee... That is bigg money in poor families.... How they face there family.... That is the bank plan

It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before
