...nd motivated employee. Perks and benefits are humongous for meeting the targets.salary is on a lower side for beginners. Politics is not there if you work as per expectation from the company.

Training is not sufficient for most of the products. Company is expecting employees to learn from own sources and apply. Customer service is again a pain point. As a relationship manager we expect to provide seamless services to clients, but the TAT and NFTR issues from service team often hampers the relationship.
