From 2012 Still working at axis bank . Overall i happy with axis bank .But dislike about HR policy in axis. I live in barasat but work on kolkata south in last 7 years , daily updown almost 100 km . But HR & Senior authority don't care about this . Transfer request pending for 7 years .

...s based on Bengaluru location takes the fee on 2.8 lakh.... And give the loan... After paying the fee that person automatically sticked on the bank... Then a arts torture... Account...life insurance... Health insurance.... Axis direct ( d mat account)... Loans... Mutual funds... Pention schemes... Fixed deposits.... Total sales.... And 11.30hrs working timings.... Every day every hr .. every mn... every sec pressure pressure..... In case wants do the resign.... But you pay the 2.8 lakh fee... That is bigg money in poor families.... How they face there family.... That is the bank plan

It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before
