Salary is good but never seen any company which is pressurizing their employees like this, whole system is working under pressure.... Main reason why I resigned the job.

Full of pressure from top to bottom employees all are working under pressure... You can just check nearly 15 thousand people resigned the job is just one year.... Very poor way of treating the employees.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Axis Bank. The work culture feels overly pressurized, and I find the numerous account charges frustrating. It seems like there are fees for every little thing, which adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I do not appreciate the environment or the practices at Axis Bank.

... to such pressure, especially during peak login times. I hate this bank forever. I’ve been facing significant financial strain due to my salary being consistently low at 7,000 to 8,000 for the past 10 months. The bank has deducted amounts for parental insurance without proper communication, and this has caused me a lot of hardship.
