Preventive measure are been taken by the top management at ground level as well as utmost measures have been initiated at branch levels , social distancing is maintained in good way and at such a critical situation we are proud to serve the nation through out. If we talk about business terms according to the current world situation , it has been drastic change in work schedule as it is unbalanced and the employees may have failed to achieve the desire KRA's (required number of points) required for promotion whose promotions were due in the respective FY. It would be better if the organisation would give few days to complete the desire KRA's is upcoming days.

Actually there no such things to dislike about the Axis bank except the recent change in hiring of employees and salary payouts pattern as for example been an employee of Axis bank in metro branch , being an AM liability sales the salary I get and the salary my newly joined colleague who doesn't even have any type of banking experience elder to me 6 years gets the salary there is huge difference in inhand salary of mine and of his around 7k to 9k and it makes a huge difference as being the vintage staff on the same position doesn't looks like really vintage employee if we compare the salary. Some changes should be done by the organisation for this and should treat all the employee accordingly fair and same according to their outputs they give and hard work they perform.

I work out of my home town I have facing a issue for survival with 12000 salary in a month. And when I discontinue the policy he said that it's has been locked for 3 years and you can't discontinue it
