In covid time they was no support from axis bank . But we have supported the customers at that time also . In covid time also we have went to customer place and opened the accounts

The Axis bank work in every major area of development. We provide a wide array of financial products and technical assistance. Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and ther give good salary hike and bonus every year

...s based on Bengaluru location takes the fee on 2.8 lakh.... And give the loan... After paying the fee that person automatically sticked on the bank... Then a arts torture... Account...life insurance... Health insurance.... Axis direct ( d mat account)... Loans... Mutual funds... Pention schemes... Fixed deposits.... Total sales.... And 11.30hrs working timings.... Every day every hr .. every mn... every sec pressure pressure..... In case wants do the resign.... But you pay the 2.8 lakh fee... That is bigg money in poor families.... How they face there family.... That is the bank plan

It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before

Out dated Process of work, no training for new joiners, less salary package as compared to other company, lack of communication before application of new process, no leave encashment
