First secure employees. & Running work with online. Field work create high covid 19 risk for employee or his family, also his office other staff. First & big step for company start work with online. I work in lockdown period & daily going to office ( march, April & may). Than how possible i secure? If i secure means any employee secure than our work secure. I know its not possible 100% for business line, but if manpower safe, our business automatically safe for every time. So plz start work with online. I love indusind family.

...r, but i handle IT work, field work, collection work & also underwriting work. After these works & many years working with indusind bank my salary very low. Just rs. 20k. & Other my staff who don't know any work, but salary high. Why?? Because management close relation. Plz change pattern for employees , salary given according to his experience or spend time in company. & Also provide time to time training.

When r u selected for company then salary hike is very good Continum is best policy for this bank .

Not proper training . Work culture is very bad Huge pressure and if unable to deliver then use own fund . Leaking leg upper management by Bm nd ASM for there won't job security and appraisal.

Some managers are nice, Saturdays are off Flexible timings Work life balance is fine. Job security if u work really well.

No Salary hike. Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.

Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Don't spoil your life in joining indusind bank.shares also getting down 👎.bad job security.they will not accept the fault on them till your last date.

Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.
