1.Some managers are not treating well for new joiners 2. The Company CEO giving the non technical task to everyone monthly once that is very disgusting and the same time we have to do our regular task also. 3. Some team leads and managers showing favoritism for some people (Based on Language) 4. Managers wants to force you some time to work on weekends for impress the clients.

No proper Digital and Physical Infra. Toxic Environment Poor Asset Allocation provided. No Office transport No Cafeteria No Sick Bay No office maintenance like sanitizing of desks. No Dustbins. No Tech talks from experts/well being sessions. No Events or fun at work. Paper Exit formalities. No proper policies.

I worked in Axcend Automation as HR Recruiter less than a year, Good experience both of our managers i.e., Srinivasa and Namratha are very good friendly , it was a good experience for me . If i get opportunity again i would like to associate with my company Axcend Automation . I really miss my managers . Thank you.
