...rn regarding the company's policy on notice periods during the probation period. Despite being on probation, employees are required to pay for the entire notice period upon resignation. Despite having a genuine reason for leaving, I was still required to pay for the full notice period, which I believe is both unfair and potentially unlawful.

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

...ts encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).

...ny as its worklife balance is very good and policies are also good management .. only things are skill devlopment should be a priority, and competitive salary should be given to deserving employees rest all aspect AXA is gooooooood good Goooood.

...working from Office/Home policy - Goodies distribution for multiple occasions - Fixed Annual bonus other than performance incentives -

- Multiple approvals dependencies for the Projects - Lack of Transparency - No clarity on objectives for few Strategic Projects and surprisingly some senior stake holders are not even informed on the decisions taken - So called Strategic Management is keen to keep existing people on bench rather than helping then to develop their skills they are looking for outside talent - Senior management should understand geographical and cultural differences and all practices will not work across entity

Talk about opportunities, work life balance, growth. It's the best company. I have been part of this company since 8 years now & grow from scratch level to Associate Manager.

Dislikes

Salary structure and benifits needs a change which they are already trying to do so.
