If you look for zero motivation, no compensation, no recognition, worst infrastructure you are looking at the right place to work and ya to add up no overtime allowance where working hours can be till late in night and you are expected to login early in morning, apart from that the expectation is to login twice when you are on leave :)

Everything If you just want a job please find join as the pay structure is pathetic the in hand salary is quite low, you won't get a hike, no overtime for extra working hours and work hours that go till 14-15hrs, no motivation or recognition mechanism in place. Senior is management is unaware of the bottle necks and makes decisions without considering the impact in the employees. Worst in terms of being employee centric.
