Very less salary especially for those who have started their career here (first company) I am a process lead with 4.5 years of experience in AXA but the salary is equivalent to analyst of other companies.

Well behaved employees. Get to learn more about Insurance domain. Healthy work life balance although depends on project. Average relocation package.

Dislikes

Salary is low. Hike is below average. You have to wait for getting a good project. This is a offshore centre to support various AXA entities. So, based on their requirements, you will get projects. No internal movement to abroad. You need to oli partners to hire you at their entity.

I was asked to resign my job on 06march2020 in AXA Business Services due to cost cutting.Do I nèed to say anything else.

I have worked 10.9 years of my life It was a beautiful journey.Nothing much to complain.Apart from my last working day Management should have atleast thought of some another option rather than asking to leave and should have given some respect and should have conveyed in more professional manner.Anyways leave it.There was lot of politics and favouritism.They are removing tenure people I have given 100% and was dedicated to my work still this happened I was working in PPP healthcare QA team pune. And now I am jobless in this lockdown it's really harsh after working 10.9 years of successful job.At a organization level Axa is best but something really wrong is going at PPP healthcare level

...ctually do have good work life balance unfortunately for me it was not the case. Salary and Increments happen on fixed cycles and payments done on time. Decent Faciltiies and friendly support functions

Dislikes

No career development path even after getting good ratings. Middle and senior management does a lot of favouritism and politics. Require people who do not question even after senseless requirements and expectations. No job security in recent times as lot of process repatriations and movements to other companies due to incompetence of middle/ senior management who promised impractical targets to the clients and a pot of them left the company after disrupting everything
