She deserve to be a junior telecaller . I REQUEST AVIVA INDIA TO PLS PROMOTE HER AS JUNIOR TELECALLER . SHE DESERVES THAT ONLY . Shit leads . Actually company is good but organisations few member is very bad . I am many time face in problem my company HR and RM side . I am not quite my job in Aviva but forcefully resigned my higher authority

The mentors I’ve had and the opportunities I’ve gotten. There’s an open door policy and I’ve never been judged on the basis of my designation but the intent I show and the knowledge that I’ve gathered. Most of the senior most leadership (including the CEO- Mr. Rath) are approachable and open to ideas, as long as you display the confidence for an idea, and the willingness to see it through, no matter what department you’re from.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals could be better and the competition is cut-throat.
