...ve less importance to senior employees, who will stay long time in this company. for example , who will join recently will get more salary than existing employee, even though they have same skills and experience. If any one want to join in copmany, join with good pay.

Work culture at AVEVA is good. Good team work

All the companies around the world has given salary hikes to their employees in mid year in spite of pandemic. Though Aveva performed well in terms of business and ROI, there is no benefit to the employees. No promotions, no hikes, no bonuses

Excellent work culture, encourage team to bring best technological solutions, good work life balance, good compensation, best employee leave policy (regular 20+ casual 12+ sick 12+ summer vacation 4+optional 2), overall employee friendly culture.

Working with my team and the support that was given. In addition, the pay was good and the company culture was very uplifting.

Dislikes

Not enough learning. I talked with a few other interns and we agreed that some teams did not provide enough tasks or projects for an intern to learn much about software development.
