I like work and life balance. job stability is also good. I learned some latest technoogies like mixed reality technology. companies work culture is good. I find my team very helpful in all aspects like work or personal life issues.HR management is also very responsive.

Dislikes

Salary is kind of average and it is not as per my compentencies. I also don't like appraisal process. this process seems me very confidential and visible to higher levels only not the employee. it is also not clear how they calculate hikes as per individual rating. other things are IT policies which create sometime problems in our work.

Likes

Company is good having good teammates and good team support. Workwise teammates will be helpful and are very approachable. Manager supports in project plus even encourage u to participate in extra curricular activities too. Innovation , gaming ,challenging contest all being conducted for employees which is really good. Health insurance was also good.

Dislikes

Salary wise it is very less compared to market price. Even when u get promotion the salary hike is less. Promotion doesn't really make any difference for salary it is just grade change and nothing else when compared to outside. compensation and benefits could be improved. some benefits are provided to some grade only. It would be nice if it would be extended. Travel for project were only for some and not all get travel opportunity. It would be nice if people are given this benefits.

Working with my team and the support that was given. In addition, the pay was good and the company culture was very uplifting.

Dislikes

Not enough learning. I talked with a few other interns and we agreed that some teams did not provide enough tasks or projects for an intern to learn much about software development.

Job Security Part of Aveva is excellent as it is completely evident in Covid-19 phase when most of the companies (even giant companies) were giving layoff to their employees, Aveva was still holding its position. Work Culture in Aveva is excellent, it is as transparent as water. Company Policies are very employee friendly, it gave me extra leaves in case of my marriage, my mother's hospitalization and in case of my father's funeral so you don't need to worry about leaves in critical situation. This company gives a perfect Work life balance to its employees which makes working at aveva more interesting and enjoyable.

Dislikes

Only drawback of working at Aveva is Salary Graph. There is huge difference in compensation to a person having 6 yrs of experience and a person who has recently joined company with 8 yrs of experience. Though both of them are working on same project with equal responsibilities. Also the salary growth graph doesn't looks so promising.
