I like the work culture at Avaya.

Dislikes

I didn't like the company policy, Avaya Hite people on contract basis. They do not provide the transport but they pay for it. Nobody is supportive. They don't offer any online learning or anything.

...k any question and management will teach you how to work. thus, good learning. Salary is good at initial level.

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance. No sat sun, holiday. worked 2.5 yrs daily 14 to 16 hrs, some time even 20 hrs. No Increment in last 2.5 yrs. all appreciations on email only.

Management is flexible and no work pressure as they know employees are working without giving appraisal.

Dislikes

Senior leadership is big time failure to make this company to put on ventilator. All the Senior leadership must be fired first specially those who completed 20 years and getting hefty pay for doing nothing.

Corporative Nature of Colleges, Good Company to Work, Good Mentors/Managers.

Dislikes

Poor Financial Stability, Salary is Pretty less for Old Employees no Salary Revision as per market structure. New Folks with less skills are getting almost double to existing Employees.

Lots of learning. Offer higher pay scale than industry initially. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Job Security is worse. They change projects frequently. No salary increase after promotion. No clear vision about existing products at management level. Every year they head toward chapter 11. Lots of layoff in last 2 years.
