Work Life Balance is very good in Avaya. Work culture is good as long as you are working with the right leaders. Work culture gets spoilt when managers from service based industries join and try to micro manage. Flexible working hours with work from home facility is good. Products you work on can be good but depends on the team.

Dislikes

...ole you actually play on the field. Learning curve goes in a downword direction. Salary increments are on an average side. Management hires people on much higher roles and much higher packages and makes them do the same thing as one on a much lower level. This demotivates the existing well performing employees. No travel opportunities.

Management is flexible and no work pressure as they know employees are working without giving appraisal.

Dislikes

Senior leadership is big time failure to make this company to put on ventilator. All the Senior leadership must be fired first specially those who completed 20 years and getting hefty pay for doing nothing.

Job Security is worse. They change projects frequently. No salary increase after promotion. No clear vision about existing products at management level. Every year they head toward chapter 11. Lots of layoff in last 2 years.
