i have never seen a staffing firm working as culturally good as Avance, the way they follow corporate culture standards is just awesome either it is holidays working procedure background verification and friendly environment is just simply cool and you get paid for learning new things. They provide transportation to female employees though it is paid that's something most of the companies should look at.

...killful and deserving candidate with the most sought skills you get paid higher. moreover, as it is a growing organization it would be unfair to expect huge pay.

Hi, they don't have security and give access to anyone they want. Most worst company and also more than 2 times if you come they will deduct you are salary.Politics are more and management is worst especially HR manager.

It's not flexible no proper security whoever they want they give access.Hr manager is worst and more politics and management is worst.

There is a high diversity in this place and everyone is accepted regardless of gender, nationality or location and the nature of work is so peaceful.
