Horrible work place, No proper telephones or Equipment. Lot of work pressure, Employees are treated like machines. My overall Experience With office is very Disturbing.

Horrible place to work, If you want to commit suicide or if you decided to have mental pressure i would recommend this organisation.

Zero level professionalism . No work ethics and morals . The work environment is horrible. Lots of micro management. Low level office politics. Working from home is terrible . Employees are treated very badly. Managers can't even speak proper English. One of the worst companies to work with

I don't have anything to say about it's positive side. Coming to support, they immediately terminated many employees on March 16 just after knowing it's going to be lockdown soon. Avance consulting just did without informing this to employees atleast 1 hour before they decided to terminate. Most of those people are still struggling for jobs around.

No job security, we suffered alot of mental pressure over here.
