...your life hell: No work life balance, No recognition, unnecessary work pressure. - Salary Disparity at its peak. You could be earning 10 lakhs at 5 years of experience and thinking you are well settled but at Avaada disparity will hit you like anything. Same education qualification, same tier college but person with less/similar experience might be earning double than you (Fact). As per my experience would not recommend to join Avaada at this stage of company's situation. (FY24-25)

Company Culture is Good, No one will blame you. The Salary growth and Appraisal cycle is also good.

Policies clarification can be better, Site team should have more authoritative and Dicision taking power.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The only good thing about company is there vision and mission and the field they are working

Zero skill development Zero work life balance The HR will not even reply your mails They will only hire you just as a manpower and not utilise your skills

It has many strengths, particularly in project diversity and the use of advanced technology. There is room for improvement in career growth and work life balance. Overall my experience was positive and excellent.
