Employees are treated as family. All colleges are very supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

Company is far away from city. Salary was less, CAE meshing modeling work was very challenging and complex. Work pressure was more.

Company salary is not satisfied and poor carrier growth.but I have learnt so many company procedure and how to maintain the all team members,how to give the daily production target with ZERO defects . first one think this my first working company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
