The manager-level team or personnel does not look like a profession. pathetic management skills. The managers have worked only 05 days, and at the entry level, all associates have worked only 06 days in a week. This is the case with entry-level employees.
It is a typical Owner driven company, there are no ethics, morale, no work culture, no one is open to feedback, not an ideal organization for women to work for sure.
...nation rather promoting their employees who work hard. there is no recognition
Salary/Appraisal: Salary is delayed every month, no Fix date when salary is credited. Appraisals they do not give good appraisals and it is delayed
Politics: Full of politics
Work environment: toxic, pressure
Innovation: No one is open to feedback, changes so you cannot share your ideas
Work life Balance: Poor
Co-founder, Anil dhar is a great person and very supportive to his team.

...ve a forceful resignation so that they would not come under government scrutiny. Further they would not release complete amount of FNF on time, they cut down the variable amount percentage to more than 60% and pay only 30 to 40%.
There is no hr policy nor hr has any authority to take decision on their own. HR department is playing a dummy role. They would not listen to employee.
Employees are working 10 to 12hrs shift on regular basis without any extra pay, sometimes ask to work on weekend.
Establishment of 19 yrs, company still does not have any stable process and hierarchy, very frequently change the process and could not let stable the process , also, the transfer of employee to inter-department are so frequent that employees get in-stable in his/her domain.
In this company product employee move to operation or CRM or vice versa without employee consent. One day suddenly you will get the information of movement without your consent and you do not have a right to oppose the decision. Company doesn’t care of employees specialisation or future.
If you will got a good opportunity, company would not give you an early release, HR is pathetic, they will ask to get HOD approval and would not help you out.
No HR policy implement here without management consent.
Working culture is very toxic, management will pressurise and will mentally torture you to complete task.
