1) Few earlier employees are insecure & they will try to show as if you don't know anything 2) When you are in the System, you won't be able to connect with the HR who was hiring you & now things will happen as per company policies 3) sometime you have to work on an unrealistic deadlines

Learn a lot of things. If you are a freshers then it's good for you.

Everything worst work culture work environment is very bad salary is also not upto the mark promotion and hike is also not good company politics is there.

the management is really good. there is a lot lot of learning experience. you can give time to your family, no one will disturb you after six. You get ample amount of holidays.

Dislikes

Well as per the work pressure you don't get pay that much. Their salary structure is really bad. It will not satisfy your need. They do give increment every year but the amount they increase is not enough, I think they should either stop the appraisal or give proper increment so that the employee also get encourage to work for the company . Without proper increment the employee gets demoralize, also they should minimize working days to 5 working days instead of alternative Saturday, if they are not increasing the salary.

...rox 1.5 years as Engineering Manager. Company is good and work life also good, Salary would credit on time . Very good for Tech guys, company is growing,only need to move new tech with experience guys. For technology prospect and job security , Company doing great. I work with leadership team so overall good and CEO is cool and supporting.

1. old technology and architecture 2. Slow behaviour and slow hiring process of HR team 3. Low compansation compare other tech company

...ric attitude but poor planning compromises the quality to a unimaginable extent. Hiring more inexperienced people at less pay rather than hiring an experienced guy. Doesn't want to wait for the training of those new hires, rather want them to understand everything in one day and start working the next. One advice to management: Do not take people for granted, pay them what they deserve and don't make them feel disgusted by underpaying them.
