Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Only job safety and good salary( with conditions).

Dislikes

Poor Culture and poor safety, no cultural and sports activities, focus only on productivity, poor canteen and food facilities, management non supportive.

As a company Aurobindo Pharma Ltd is a good company. No issue with Job security. Always trying to get update as per CGMP. Employee relationship was good. Need to improve in HR policies i think.

There is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is above of 3 years before which you cannot resign.
