Thare is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but Carrey growth is slow.thare is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners. And more politics about of reddys caste.

Poor Culture and poor safety, no cultural and sports activities, focus only on productivity, poor canteen and food facilities, management non supportive.

As a company Aurobindo Pharma Ltd is a good company. No issue with Job security. Always trying to get update as per CGMP. Employee relationship was good. Need to improve in HR policies i think.
