Over time and workload ,no celebrations for any occasions especially for quality control department, Unexpected shift changes and week off changes ( where we cannot plan our own suddenly)after arriving at office also..third class canteen food and management..No seats available in company buses from crowded busstops means no control on that, irrespective behaviours of old HR 's

Good company. I worked under senior leadership of EHS. All of them are very supportive at work. My job is to visit sites and keep ready for EHS audits on site, statutory compliance, MIS data etc Additional tasks are received based on our interest, towards career growth. Regular trainings received to improve work skills and soft skills. No force to work after working hours or on Holidays.

Promotions once in three years or more. Medical insurance premium, LTA, Bonus is charged under employee CTC. LTA amount is issued in the month of January evey year. Compared with company premium outside premium are less. Bonus is given during dussera

Likes

The work life balance is good comparision to other companies, and the salary is fall down time to time in account (30th date of every month).

Dislikes

Proper training doesn't Conduct, much more equipments are old version not updated.
