He stays on the head of every employee to see there activity and fires you if feels bad on your even in breathing process. You cant take your own leaves. The company's policy and the culture is good and operates with good professionalism.

They don't care about what's your role and profile. One of the employee was hired as digital marketing executive and they offered a good salary but the employee was lacking with the hands on practice on the project because they don't deal with any sort of digital marketing project. If they are hiring you for any digital marketing profile, you'll end up with posting on the company's social media pages and you'll learn nothing over here if your profile is in any of the digital marketing area. Overall, the company is good for web development but really bad for digital marketers.

My experience with Augurs Technology has been extremely disappointing. The company has a history of firing employees without clear reasons and withholding salaries, causing significant financial hardship. Payments are delayed until the 25th of the following month, and they make it difficult to obtain essential documents after leaving. The work environment is stressful and highly unprofessional. Employees are often harassed into working on weekends, with threats that refusing could result in unpaid wages. This expectation, combined with the rude and disrespectful attitude from the CEO and managers like Pawan, Peter, Vikki, Ana, and Divya, creates a toxic atmosphere where professionalism and empathy are severely lacking. This review is intended to inform potential employees and to encourage Augurs Technology to make meaningful changes. Addressing these issues and fostering a supportive, respectful workplace could greatly benefit the company's reputation and its current and future employees.

Ample Learning Opportunities , They have very good projects which gives lots of exposure and challenges to evolve in Career. I Particularly learned a lot during my Tenure. Hybrid work Atmosphere. I was allowed Work from home seeing my situation
