...e ability to take up any other job, and so they make you suffer your whole life. The pay scale is a joke, no appraisal, no R&R, you don’t even get a formal appointment letter once you join. Read the reviews, save some trauma and move on, this ain’t worth it!

The current hr team where I worked were incapable, My own female manager and female Executive were involved in pitting against me. The founder places people only for 2- 3 months after that he forces them to resign, Many candidates got their career spoilt by joining here. It's a boring place. I would request candidates not to join here and spoil your life. Even small kid can mark the attendance of employees and count the number of cakes sold .

That owner of cake shop feel like boss .feel like president of india..if he want you will survive or elase he only forced inform to left the job.no skills qualifications not required just bucketing show some fearless infront boss
