Nothing, giving one star because they have the audacity to run such nonsense organisation!

Everything. Abusive, harassing, unprofessional, manipulative, embarrassingly horrible. I read all the bad reviews before joining and still joined thinking it can’t be so bad. But, man, oh man! Was I wrong! It’s worse. By the way, there’s no POSH (that should put things in perspective. Women are molested everyday. And you cannot do anything about it, because you cannot afford for the nonsense fight they put up with, it’s not even worth it!), no policies against any sort of violence. Don’t be fooled by the manipulative management. They paint a picture of glitter and rainbows, but beneath the surface it’s just dust and a foul stench. Their vision is - to program you into an incompetent idiot so you lose the ability to take up any other job, and so they make you suffer your whole life. The current hr team where I worked were incapable, My own female manager and female Executive were involved in pitting against me. The founder places people only for 2- 3 months after that he forces them to resign, Many candidates got their career spoilt by joining here. It's a boring place.
