I am happy to work with Au small finance bank very well learning last 8 year working with Au my life is good but last june bank said giving the resignation so I m very suffering in my life so very badly behaviour for me my life is spoiled I am unemployed for covid situations bank not help for me so I am very troubled in my life

Very low pay scale bank many time I told to manager but not response my salary is 8500 +1700

If there is one thing that i would appreciate is that, at least we get salary credit on time, as this reminds me the only reason for staying in indifferent environment.

Job Dissatisfaction - Success of Product is dependent on multiple factors like Research, Proposition, Design, Execution, marketing etc. People behind each functions does there Job well but fails when put together. Therefore, the one who is bearing torch must be strong enough and experienced in managing all these together. I feel senior product person should be someone who has prior experience in at least 3 core functions which is missing here. And when leader is not experienced enough, other problem arises. Like. Monotonous Work, More focus on impressing senior management with biased numbers, Decision basis gut feeling, Lack of Growth and Learning. Extreme Slow Execution etc. Strict Timing - No WFH, Alternate Saturday off

Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.
