The work culture lacks a positive atmosphere, with no work-life balance. Salary growth is inconsistent, and there is a noticeable presence of internal politics.

I like about the environment and culture of AUSFB, I like my department in which I am working the team is really supportive, I like the programs which are organised by HR, Medical benefits they are providing to the employees, Recently many policies have been newly added like, sabbatical leaves , birthday leaves, menstrual leaves etc, that is highly commendable. I like different training sessions which were taken by HR, The working culture is really good, and some of the events which were organised by HR were good.

Dislikes

*Pay and perks need to be improved. *Cab facility should be given to the employees who are residing far from office, *Some benefits for the women should be provided like to work from home if they are unable to come or having an emergency, *I don't like the hygiene of the washroom and the pantry where I am working. *I don't like office timings which are not flexible for the pregnant women,as they have to come on time during those days. *Pre and post pregnant women should get work from home facility so that long sitting hours will not effect their health and they will remain part of the organisation. *If the employee is suffering from any disease and he is unable to come to office for long time, he should get wfh facility so that he cannot left the organisation for this reason.

... NBFC and now company are going to become a Commercial Bank that is in pipeline. but here is not proper designation and Package for me.

I like the team and the way of working and learning new ways of working, life balance , experience learning from vintage employees of working in office as well as in life.

Dislikes

... by managers only the real talent have no value and no face among organisation. Salary has no grade all depend upon the negotiation with HR. Even new employee who has one grade down to other having more salary as a fresh while other one is having experience.

-Slow responce on critical recommended process and changes which can improve team bandwidth, mitigate risk, create BCP of existing internal and external process/agency, reduce cost etc. -Lack of update on existing/ongoing project to involved and responsible stakeholders by project management/development team. Only discussion conducts in limited group member (internal/external). Around deployment phaseab of activity/project, responsible stakeholders (SME) looped, where multiple observations identified and shared by SME to project manager/developer, which could have been identified earlier and taken care of during expectation setting/development phase instead of making change at the time of deployment phase to minimise the TAT of reduce cost incurred in development of new project/product/application
