The ambience is good for a newcomer, since my early days experience was good and environment is very friendly.most importantly I have the freedom to work the way I wanted.

...nd second is almost zero improvement in terms of yearly appraisal and promotion. They hire new employees with Better package but the old employees are getting very minimal appreciation in terms of package and nobody address this issue.

Support for users, Willing to understand user problems, Salary on time. Fun when during cultural programs conducted by HR's.

Work load should have been shared equally, Office timings for all teams should need be improvised.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I would be glad to share my experience with atyati is awesome and the major reason behind it is my mentors being very supportive and always keeping me up with challenges that help me grow . Also, the team understands and supports me in every possible way. To me atyati is not just a company but also like second home to me where I learn ,I enjoy ,I grow and I nourish in all aspects.

According to me there was no such thing except the base salary to be little low

Cest head, toll, area manager misbehaves with junior staff and treats them like housemaids. If there is any problem in the field, no support is given.
