Hello friends seriously I was so lucky to be in atul limited at present pandemic situation seriously they are taking care of all of us and regularly they will tell about precautions to be taken for and also financially every month in this pandemic situation also they gave us salaries without any cut so finally happy to be in atul.family

They haven't given offer letter and also no hike in salaries then need special products in competetive market now

... i have learnt lot of new thing & real meaning of sales.. everything was good... But when i have left the company with proper manner and as per company policy and i have told them if any outstanding is there in market so please cut my salary and clear my full and final settlement. They have hold my one month salary my traveling expenses and all the bills and till the date i have not got it all most 11 month as gone...i have know that management doesn't know about it Or they have taken serious action...about it...atul is such a big company but some employees are spoiling the big Name..it is ok they have taken my one month salary ... But it was great experience to work them.

Company work culture is okay. Safety measures are good. Permit system is strong. Surrounded by Jungle so no pollution issues. Employees care is good(upper management only)

...ou will be downgrade in Appraisal just because Manager wants upgrade his rating. I think there should not be comparison between manager (high salary) and his team (low salary). HR will notice this but does not take any action due system and politics. That is big reason for many persons leaving company in just 2 years. Canteen food is worst. Only corporate people, guests, new joinee will be served with nice food. Upper Management people goes to home(colony) for lunch so they do not care so much about Canteen food, what are you eating is healthy or not.

- Atul has a very green chemical complex which you cannot see in any other chemical company. - Atul has a safe work culture and emphasis on "Safety before work".

- The canteen service and food available is not good. - The salary benefits is not upto the market standards.

there is no job security, company seniors into lapox division are blindly removing team they do not understand market situation since covid 19 from last year and are targeting those who speak up for their rights. all comminucation is one way from top to bottom. they are sacking team to show owner of company about profitability by reducing team cost.in long run it wont work .lot of experienced and long serving team members have left company in 1 year time.
