- Atul has a very green chemical complex which you cannot see in any other chemical company. - Atul has a safe work culture and emphasis on "Safety before work".

- The canteen service and food available is not good. - The salary benefits is not upto the market standards.

Very less hike to a low grade managers, they are like managers cum worker/helper, no respect to grade 3 & 4 managers. Company is focused on only high grade managers. No growth until minimum 4 years, you have to either switch company for growth or start side bussiness for balance income to combat inflation.

Dislikes

Hike in salary is about 5-6%. Think 10 times before joining. You will find no growth as Increment system is worst.

And gives every day good guidance for fight for COVID-19.gives every employees salary if they are work from home and also gives him daily attandance and give salary.and also supports from employees for company. ...y due to covid 19. Company have a std. Operating procedures for this pandemic. Compensation benifits are too low as compare to workload.

Salaries and promotions will not be given in reference to the responsibilities assigned and the efforts put in but your personal relationships with your superiors and HR
