Since the company is operational in Mumbai,Delhi,Pune and Banglore .i get to travel and company have a flat in Mumbai and pune. so i used to stay in Mumbai and pune during my Work. The main thing is the expense and sallery are cleared on time.

Nothing need to be dislike but need to improve the work-culture since some employee working in the office don't like the office work-culture and need to adopts latest technology for the certification as well as skill Development and Learning should be provided to the employee.

The director Mr Sandeep Jethani hired me as he was in need for someone Microsoft Certified. On the basis of that he could promote his business. That went on smoothly for three and a half years or so. Then the director expanded his business and expected me to do duties at two workplaces. That was not acceptable to me and the director then fired me by giving shocking reasons which I could not even imagine. The director expected me to work at multiple places even when he needed my Microsoft Certification.I declined at that time too, but the director did not harm me at that time as he was in need of my certification.
