The director Mr Sandeep Jethani hired me as he was in need for someone Microsoft Certified. On the basis of that he could promote his business. That went on smoothly for three and a half years or so. Then the director expanded his business and expected me to do duties at two workplaces. That was not acceptable to me and the directorthen fired me by giving shocking reasons which I could not even imagine. The director expected me to work at multiple places even when he needed my Microsoft Certification.I declined at that time too, but the director did not harm me at that time as he was in need of my certification....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
