Good work environment and work culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Job security even in COVID period, wages on lockdown period and quarantine leave without wage detection. Very very best company for operators/workers. Upto 50% increment for operators/workers with yearly diwali bonus and performance pay.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent and career growth is slow for staff employees. There is a 3 months notice period which we can't switch to other company early. Proper job training is not given to staff employees. Staffs have lots of roles but designation is not changing. None of the higher level bosses are motivating their team workers. Monday to Friday only the company working days, But they are pulling to work atleast one Saturday in a month. We can compensate it. But we can't plan our weekend's for our personal commitments.

.... We have so many other measures which makes one comfortable at this tough time. No job loss, no pay cut. Best organisation to be in, in this testing time.

The Chairman's vision reflects in each and every function of the Company be it flexible work culture, job security, welfare etc., are huge pull for the employees.

Nothing to dislike about the company, but employees leave because of their bosses not company's policy.

Company has strict policy towards work ethics and you get Saturday Sunday off as well as all facility like car fuel claim for all employees and most important tour budget has adequately good as compare to other company

If you fail to do sale month on month you will face harsh words from manager. But if you able to manage properly this you have great retirement life
