Most dislike is the salary structure is very worst, you did not get pay according to your knowledge and experience. It's very bad for those who work here from E0 level even they get promoted till any high level if you compare salary with other people with same level it's just nothing. And Atos paying more salary to experience person when the higher from other company but they did not ever to their best experience person which is already there and deserving for this

Since I had moved here from Infosys, the salary hike I got was 50% which was good. It helped me level my salary somewhat with market standards. The internal hikes are not great though. It is usually in single digit.

1. The HR process is pathetic. The HR is never recheable. The appraisal process is not well structured, it is haphazard most of the times. There is no grievance process. 2. Most of the projects operate on older technologies, so there is minimum scope to unskilled yourself here. 3. There are no well defined streams in the organization, in case you are looking for stream change options for your career growth.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.
