Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The environment is very nice, the growth is very good if you are a diligent & hard-working employee. I am in this company from last 11 years, and I have seen 3 negative comments and that too 1 comment per year, so out of 100 things 1 or 2 things can go wrong and i believe in 3 years 3 bad experience is nothing and doesn't define a company and we should not pay attention to these people. If people cannot work they will find excuse to blame on company and system. and the people willing to work will find reasons to work & they will grow. I had a fantastic experience, and I am a living example of real growth of this company and along with me there are a lot of hardworking people who have grown along with me as well.

With my experience, there is nothing to dislike, according to me the company cannot work according to the employees, the employees have to work according to the company so this flexibility should be there in employees. Those who don't have it will dislike. I don't dislike anything.

Very Bad Company... Third class ambience and very bad behaviour... HR don't know how to take a proper interview...

Nothing is good in this company... Very Third Class behaviour... AC repairing ka report karna hoga... They Give Mother father sister Galies... This company like a startup company... Some employee didn't know excel but still working there... Sometimes they watching Bad Videos in office...
