...iligently selfish and non-cooperative... Management only knows to play politics! Salary is less compared to industry standards. Very incompetent managers except for a couple of them. They don't understand the real talent and only love those who agrees with them at any cost. Although some of the coworkers are exceptionally cooperative and friendly, most of them are not trustworthy. Company uses outdated technologies now and don't have many projects now.

... days of short notice period they have not given experience certificate to me. They didn't given me last month salary as well. I just looped CEO of company also in mail but no response. Worst HR team.

Nothing!!! You cannot rely on them for anything. Twice in my tenure of 1.5 yrs the salary was delayed. You cannot by the word of the management for growth or anything at all. They would prefer south Indians even if you perform well in the company and get them more and more revenue.

...een given good hike and u don't have any other offers in hand then join Atmecs..salary and other benefits would be on time..hell no for QA people..if u r from testing background avoid this at any cost

Management and HR are not employee centric..they can't even talk to clients regarding ur project movement even if there are openings in the technology u want to move into.all they need is billing..

Employees are good in the project that I worked in supportive . Some other project employees are really worst and egoistic. It depends on our luck WFH options are good

...signation if and only if they think that there is a Client dependency with us. When client is ready to pay more and asks us to retain they negotiate with us and finally they communicate to client that employee is not ready to retain which is very worst tactical game they play especially the HR head here When the project is completed,HR head calls and asks us to leave immediately on the same day which is very worst and not ethical on employees who helped and worked for them from long long years. Sincere advice to not join the company as long as she is the company and advice to management to consider all these and this will really spoil the employees trust over the company.
