Company is terminating off-role/ contractual employees. I don't understand that how terminating an employee working in field on customer site, service and earning 3 Lacs P.A. is beneficial over the Manager who's doing nothing, sitting in office and earning 3 Lacs P.M. . UNACCEPTABLE

There is no work life balance here. Some people in Belgium and some of the Indians here think too that Indians are meant to do donkey work, so they load Indians with all work and they go on Holidays and have an excellent work life balance there.

Dislikes

Many things. They have one of the least salary structure here in India. Have no proper succession plan and neither skill development plan.
