Astrum team is truly outstanding - We always have each others back. What I appreciate most is that management is hyper flexible and reasonable in their demand and expectation. ...sure up to the company's exact requirements and may rather quit than work on it. Salary is competitive while profit participation is open across level which means you get payout as annual basis.
